Change(K)now! rethinks food delivery systems - shifting from single-use to reusable options and crockery. It targets municipalities, public institutions, food delivery companies, and consumers. Together, they can drive more circular systems by adopting practical solutions and changing daily habits. While circular options exist, they’re scattered, rarely tested beyond isolated cases, and not tailored or promoted widely enough to gain broad support. Change(K)now! bridges this gap by: a) developing prototypes, b) testing in real-life settings, and c) improving circular solutions for easier adoption. Focus areas include municipal strategy, institutional catering, food services at public events, and local businesses in food markets and street gastronomy. A training program will scale up solutions and empower municipalities to lead in circularity- encouraging businesses to lower their footprint and enabling consumers to support circular, climate-friendly food delivery systems.
